Jerad Norman is a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Technician who brings a strong mechanical background and diagnostic mindset to the HVAC industry. Prior to entering the TAB field, Jerad built valuable experience working as an automotive mechanic and service writer, for a combined total of 20 years, where he developed a deep understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and customer-focused service.
Drawing from his hands-on mechanical experience, Jerad applies strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when evaluating HVAC system performance. In his current role, he assists with testing, measuring, and adjusting air and hydronic systems to help ensure they operate according to design specifications and deliver reliable performance for building occupants.
Although Jerad is relatively new to the TAB profession, he is actively working toward TAB Technician certification and is committed to expanding his technical knowledge and skills within the industry. His mechanical background, work ethic, and dedication to learning make him a valuable member of the team as he continues to grow in the field of testing and balancing.
